Promotions with Personality is a promotional consulting company based in Butler, PA. We work with businesses on customized promotional items.

We bring creative ideas to our clients and collaborate with them on promotional efforts. We explore for new product ideas, continuously seeking concepts that are original, unique, and new.

Marci McDeavitt, President

Marci understands her clients’ point of view: She used to be in their position, as a sales rep for an auto glass manufacturer. She worked with many promotions vendors and was frequently dissatisfied with their lack of creativity.

At the same time, she appreciated vendors who made her life easy. When she set out to build her own promotions company, she vowed to be the better type of vendor, one who anticipates her clients’ needs and delivers beyond expectations. Today, clients love her creativity and her excellent project management and follow-through.

Kathy D’Antonio, Office Manager

Kathy D’Antonio has joined the staff as Office Manager. She brings years of experience to the office. She previously worked for the Butler School District for 30 Years.
